An article from the Associated Press wrote of the extermination of over 50,000 dogs in a county province outside Shanghai in an effort to curb the spread of rabies to humans.

This is extremely upsetting to me. I am ashamed of the Chinese government and the way they handle things. Why can't they provide rabies shots to all dogs rather than radicate the dog population in that one county? Stupid. I don't understand that country's policy at all. It's so disturbing and cruel and evil. I'm disgusted...
