Fuck. Prop H passed. http://www.sftu.org/ I expected it because there are more renters in this city than not. Now that I'm going to be a duplex owner in two weeks, to remove the tenants from my own building, I will have to pay $4500 per tenant (there are five) to have them move out just so my brother and I can move in. Greedy bastards.
