This weekend came and went rather quickly. And now, I am drinking my irish coffee and feeling a comfortable buzz that's leaving a silly smile upon my face. I think I will be up for a while.
List of things I have accomplished this weekend:
Not much (haha)
I cleaned house; vacuumed a dozen times, reorganized my bookshelf, did laundry, and washed week old dirty dishes.
Gigi, my foster girl, has been adopted out to an older couple in Los Gatos who own several acres of vineyards.
I watched an independent film called You, Me and Everyone We Know. Very good movie. Had some interesting dialogue that made me laugh out loud.
I visited my friend in SF and we explored the Mission District (Valencia/Dolores Sts) as well as the Castro. God, I miss living in the city.
I watched the fireworks near my house and Solan received several positive comments from strangers.
Yes, this weekend was relaxing for me and I slept in late the last three days. I needed the rest.
