I am so glad that I went to LV last week to see Chris. I had a good time with him despite the nearly unbearable heat. We spent the one Friday together, exercising at the gym, sunbathing by the pool, seeing KA, the new Cirque du Soleil show at the MGM, and walking down the Vegas strip. It was nice to spend time with him and there wasn't an end to our conversations.
There were a couple things that I was a little taken aback by. Things that Chris said in passing. We were talking about my friend and said that when "we" attend her wedding next year, he'll make all these funny faces when the pics are taken and my friend will be pissed and tell me, and I quote from his words, "Damn-it, your boyfriend ruined all the pictures." Now, I haven't said that he was my b/f. I'm still thinking we are in the dating phase and we haven't gotten that far into the committment phase. We did agree that we are exclusive even though I'm still going to keep my options open. And I'm going to assume he might be also. So, it came as a bit of a surprise but I didn't react to it. I simply brushed it off for the time being.
I guess I'm his g/f then...
