Well, the house was sold and I'm cash rich, equity poor again. My brother and I are looking for a duplex without much luck. We've been out bidded several times already and the market doesn't look promising. We'll keep trying though and hopefully, something will pan out so I can spend the rest of my weekends and weeknights working at home repairs and squeezing by on my limited income while eating ramen for the next several years.
